EBS Corps is a company based in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, specializing in training, consulting, EOR, and digital solutions. We provide services in financial literacy & strategy, upskilling, HR training, HR technology, employee relations & engagement programs, AI awareness, management learning system (MLS), CRM, Website, Mobile Applications organizational design, and digital solutions to encourage you, your employees, and your businesses.

Yes. We guide organizations through structured HR digital transformation, starting with process improvement before technology adoption, so that digitalization enhances efficiency without adding unnecessary complexity.

Technology is at the core of our solutions. For example, digital HR systems (e-HRM) provide real-time access to employee data, simplify administrative tasks, and allow HR teams to focus more on strategic decision-making.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing depends on project size, number of participants, and solution complexity. Please contact us with your project details, and we will prepare a transparent and competitive proposal.
What HRD Corps Claims Process?
Employers Registration with HRD Corps
- Mandatory: Employers with 10 or more employees, contributed with EPF & SOCSO, Levy Payment 1% of the employees’ monthly wages
- Optional: Employers with 5 to 9 employees, Levy Payment 0.5% of the employees’ monthly wages.
- Grant Application:
- Before any claims can be made, a training grant application must be submitted and approved by HRD Corp. This typically needs to be done at least 10 days before the training starts.
- Training Completion: The training must be completed as per the approved grant.
- Employer’s Claim: The employer can then submit their claim for allowable costs, such as trainee allowances, transportation, etc.
Key Steps for Employers to Submit a Claim
The following is a general guide for employers submitting a claim through the eTRIS system.
- Log in to eTRIS: Access your company’s eTRIS account.
- Navigate to the Claims Section: Go to “Applications” and then “Claim.”
- Select “Submit Claim With Grants”: Choose this option to initiate the claim process for an approved grant.
- Find the Approved Grant: Locate the specific approved grant for the training you wish to claim. The system will only display grants for which training has been completed.
- Provide Contact Details: Enter the contact information for the officer in charge of the claim.
- Verify and Update Information: Review the pre-populated information from the grant application and make any necessary updates. This includes trainer information and trainee attendance, which are typically updated by the training provider.
- Enter Claim Amount and Upload Documents: Fill in the claim amount for each allowable item (e.g., allowances, transportation) and upload all required supporting documents. This is a critical step, as you will need to provide documents like invoices, receipts, and attendance forms (e.g., T3 form).
- Complete the Declaration: Fill in the employer’s declaration form, check the pledge box, and click “Save & Submit.”

Post-Submission
- After you submit the claim, HRD Corp will review and process it. The system typically provides updates, and you can expect an approval letter via email once the claim has been processed and approved.
